By accessing and using MVPLaunchpad's services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
MVP Launchpad provides web development and MVP creation services. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw services
- Refuse service to anyone
- Change service fees with notice
- Limit service availability by region
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. However, we retain ownership of:
- Pre-existing materials
- Development tools and processes
- Generic design elements
- Non-exclusive design components
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Payment schedules are defined per project
- Final deliverables require full payment
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All fees are non-refundable unless specified
5. Limitation of Liability
MVP Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent activity
- Harmful behavior
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these terms.
